The real star of the match during LSG batting was Mitchell Marsh. He played one of the best innings of the IPL season. He was timing the ball beautifully and played shots all around the ground. This was his first IPL century.
Also, Nicholas Pooran came in and continued the assault. He scored 56 runs in just 27 balls with 4 boundaries and 5 sixes. He made sure the scoring rate stayed high even after Marsh slowed down a bit.

Gujarat Titans had to bat extremely well to win, with a target of 236 runs, however they started aggressively but soon they lost their important wickets like Sai Sudarshan, Gill and Butler. Shubman Gill and Jos Buttler played well but unfortunately they were out. Moreover, the runs of Sherfane and Sharukh Khan are also valuable as they reached the score of 200+.

The Team of LSG bowled very well, Will O’Rourke played an important role in stopping GT with a low score. As he took 3 wickets in his 4 overs which is important for winning.

The player of the match during this match was Mitchell Marsh who scored 117 runs on 64 balls. He played the key role in building a strong total and thus helped LSG end their season on a high note.

During the match LSG vs GT, LSG batted first and scored a huge of 235 runs on losing 2 wickets in which Mitchell Marsh played an outstanding innings.
However, Gujarat Titans gave it a good try but could only score 202 runs for 9 wickets. In this, LSG bowled well and took regular wickets to stop GT from chasing. With this win, LSG defeated GT by 33 runs.
